Refund policy

AVENIC Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when ordering from AVENIC. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. If approved, AVENIC will cover the cost of the return or replacement.

Final Sale: Items specifically marked Final Sale, clearance merchandise, gift cards, and certain limited-release products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges: Because AVENIC products and sizes may have limited availability, we cannot guarantee that the same item will remain in stock. When available, exchanges may be offered; otherwise, an eligible return can be refunded and a new order placed.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase, provided the order has not entered production or fulfillment.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
